Floral midi dresses, wrap dresses, slip dresses and occasion pieces patterned and sewn in Istanbul for French labels, concept stores and online brands, graded to French sizes and labelled in French.

French brands have dresses made in Türkiye for the range of fabrics in Istanbul, the care a model house gives to drape and finish, and the customs union between Türkiye and the EU, under which qualifying clothing usually enters France without customs duty while VAT is still due at import. Flame builds the pattern and fit sample in Istanbul, grades to French sizes such as 36, 38 and 40, sews in composition labels in French and prepares the invoice, packing list and A.TR; confirm each shipment with your customs broker.
French labels judge a dress by how it falls and moves on the body, so we test fabric weight and grain on the first sample and adjust ease, bias cuts and fullness before any grading.
Small floral prints, smocking, ruffled necklines, covered buttons and fine shoulder ties are agreed on the sample, with a print strike off for approval and placement checked on every size.
Many French brands release capsules rather than one large season, so we produce compact runs per colourway and keep the pattern ready to repeat a style that sells out.
French seams on sheer fabrics, tidy linings, invisible zips and careful pressing, so the dress holds up to a close look in a boutique fitting room.

French brands usually present spring summer and autumn winter collections, often with capsules in between, and plan stock around the national sales periods. Tell us when each capsule must reach your warehouse and we plan fabric, sampling and approvals back from that date.
We work in French sizes such as 36, 38 and 40, which do not line up with German or Italian numbering, or in your own chart. Base size, ease and lengths are agreed on the first sample and written down per size before production.
EU textile rules require fibre composition on the label, and products sold in France must show it in French. We sew in composition and care labels, prepare the commercial invoice, packing list and an A.TR when the goods qualify, and your customs broker confirms the details.
