Wool coats, puffer and quilted jackets and lined trench coats designed and made in Istanbul for labels that sell through a long Kazakh winter.

Yes. Brands in Kazakhstan have coats and jackets made in Türkiye, and outerwear is often the core of their winter range. Flame develops the pattern and a fit sample in Istanbul, chooses the outer fabric, insulation and lining with you, and produces in our own workshop while working with you in Russian. Coats need the longest preparation of any category, so winter collections should start well before the cold arrives. For Kazakhstan, outerwear generally needs EAEU conformity documents under TR CU 017/2011, the EAC mark and labels in Kazakh and Russian; your customs broker confirms the current rules.
Wool and cashmere blend coats with warm interlinings, and quilted or puffer jackets with insulation chosen for the temperatures your customers actually face.
High collars, storm flaps, deep hoods, inner cuffs and closures that work with gloves, so a coat stays practical as well as smart on a windy street.
Smooth, durable linings that slide over knitwear, with quilted or padded lining options for extra warmth and inner pockets for phones and keys.
Trench coats, light padded jackets and transitional coats for spring and autumn, so the label has outerwear to sell on both sides of the coldest months.

Outerwear needs more development, more fittings and more materials to source than lighter categories. Share the date your winter range goes on sale and we plan pattern, samples, fabric and insulation orders back from it.
Coats are worn over knitwear, so ease through the chest, armholes and sleeves is checked on the fit sample with layers underneath. Sleeve and body lengths are confirmed per size before grading.
Labels for Kazakhstan usually carry composition for the shell, lining and filling, care, size, manufacturer, importer and the EAC mark, in Kazakh and Russian. Bulky coats take more space, so we agree packing with your forwarder and prepare the invoice and packing list.

It depends on the style and the warmth you need. We compare synthetic fillings and wadding weights on samples with you, and the label shows the filling composition.
Yes. An interlining under the lining, a denser wool blend and a well cut collar add warmth while keeping a clean shape. We test the options on the fit sample.
As early as you can, ideally before your summer season is in stores. Coats need the most development and material time of any category.
Yes. Trench coats, light padded jackets and transitional coats can be developed alongside your winter range or as a separate drop.
